Custom and personalised orders

I do custom and personalised orders. The turnaround time of these do vary depending on style, personal capacity and size.
I will inform you of a timeframe prior to commencing the order.
I will send you a proof copy of any portraits prior to dispatch for buyers approval.
These are non refundable.
To request a custom portrait, please message the shop. I will be more then happy to discuss options with you

Terms & Conditions and Right of Withdrawal

Buyer has the right to withdraw any sale within 24 hours. Theblindinsight allows a 24 hour cooling period unless a rush my order option has been selected. If a rush my order option has been selected, you have waived your right to a cancellation within 24 hours, this means your order is generated straight away and therefore a refund is no longer applicable.

For items that are not personalised or customised in any way, buyer has 14 days and item must be returned in usable condition at the Buyers expense.
